Brief:
Banish boredom at a joint 50th party. "We don't want just a dinner with guests talking to each other", said the client. Delivered: There was no time for boredom when there was a chance of riding a mechanical rodeo bull, cavorting in a sumo wrestling arena in inflatable costumes, playing games, and posing in a photo booth. The hosts worried about creating the right atmosphere. The challenge was to meld two distinct sets of guests, largely unknown to each other, into a relaxed party crowd. On arrival, we tagged them with glow bracelets into four groups that separated spouses and friends and pitched them against each other in a variety of fun games. With great food, good wine, music and dancing by live performers great fun was had by all and new friendships had been forged by the end of the evening. |
