Carla organised my 50th anniversary and it was a memorable moment. Delicious food, lots of fun games and a touching unexpected surprise. The party had been planned to be outdoors and although the weather turned out to be pretty nasty (it was June in Brussels!) Carla quickly rearranged everything indoors. And the memories of that day are preserved in a beautiful photo book she made. A few years later, friends still talk about that party!

My husband and I had a very major celebration recently (90th and 70th birthdays, 30th wedding anniversary), which we marked with a dinner for 90 guests. With family and friends coming not only from Belgium but from Italy, France, Germany and Ireland, it had to be perfect - and it was, thanks to Carla! I cannot recommend her highly enough. Her input started with the design of the invitations and ended when the last guest left. Her vast experience ensured that for every question I had, she had the answer. For every request for advice she responded honestly, with the pros and cons of each option. To this she added her special gift of enthusiasm, and determination that we should be happy with the result. We were - thank you Carla, we were!
