An Ambassador's Farewell

Brief:
A farewell party to remember for a departing  American Ambassador.  The client wanted a stand-out event to say thank you and goodbye to the highly respected and much-liked diplomat whose diary was crammed with farewell events.  The client insisted that this one had to be special and reside in the memories of all present.  
Delivered:
Invitations were personalised in calligraphy (for all 250+ guests). A short ferry journey transported guests to a charming chalet on an island for a party.  They were entertained by a New Orleans jazz band as they drank a welcoming glass of bubbles and nibbled on canapés.  They danced until the early hours to a great dancing band snacking on American sliders and Belgian frites, American pop-corn and Belgian macarons... and much more. 

​Afterwards at an unrelated event, the Ambassador told me that the party we had organised had been his absolute favourite. A great result!
